What a night! Cloud cover dampened our G3 viewing opportunities of the northern lights, but I got one for my bucket list—a 22 degree lunar halo with pink aurora! It was worth freezing in the "feels like" temperature of 12 degrees F. Thanks EarthSky for the morning newsletters reminding us of what to watch for in the night sky.
