This composite of Jupiter was made under excellent seeing conditions (9 in the 10-point scale by Pickering) and mostly transparent skies (4 in a 5-point scale). Good seeing and transparency rarely come together, but this time they did. Because of the surrounding ocean my area in the Caribbean generally enjoys good seeing, but on this occasion the seeing was exceptional.

Celestron Celestar 8 (200-millimeter) Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope.
ZWO ASI224MC Color CMOS Camera.
2x Barlow lens.
