Cecil Kop Sunrise.
On Sunday 27th August, a dimmed smoke-hazed sun with four sunspots visible was observed rising above some trees on a hill in Cecil Kop Nature Reserve between 6.27 and 6.36 am.
Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 compact camera with electronic viewfinder and thick smoke haze acting as natural filter.
