I took these photos on July 23, 2023 during sunset on 5.24 - 5.29 pm, around Burangrang Mountain valley, Lembang, West Java, Indonesia.

I thought after it moved down behind the power cables above the houses, the sun would went down behind the trees and showed the silhouette of the branches while it was setting.

But the dark clouds gave me another view that afternoon, I saw the sun slowly transformed from fully rounded yellow-orange gradation, to a half circle dark orange, then dissapeared behind the dark clouds. 🧡🌤️

Fortunately I found the place that I could capture these process without directly looking at the sun. Altough it looked mesmerizing, I understand that we should avoid to look at the sun directly.
