I live in a bortel 4-5 area. During some clear evenings I captured NGC 7000 or the North American Nebula using a Radian 75mm astrograph refractor, narrowband filters and then processed in Photoshop. The north American nebula is located in the constellation Cygnus at a distance from Earth of approximately 2500 light years. Mostly made up of ionized hydrogen gas heated by hot stars in the region.
Radian 75mm refractor at 405mm fl, narrowband filters with ASI294mm camera and ASIAIR to control equipment.
Stacked over 200 Ha, SII, and OIII subframes in DSS, then processed in Photoshop.
