While driving on a back road in the hills of Schoharie County, I spotted a white head in a field of grass. I pulled over, grabbed my camera, & while photographing a Bald Eagle I noticed it's mate in a nearby tree. Even though I see eagles quite often, I found this couple to be exceptionally stunning! It's awesome that the eagle population rebounded partly due to a ban on DDT in 1972, and also the many conservation efforts.
