Several filaments and a large sunspot group (AR3283), as well as an impressive prominence rising to a height of more than 86,000 miles are visible in this filtered hydrogen alpha image of the Sun. The image of the solar disk has been inverted to enhance detail.

Best 800 of 2000 frames of SER video were stacked with AutoStakkert. Registax was used for wavelets, other post-processing with Photoshop and MS Photo. Solar disk was inverted to enhance detail.
