A large raptor of lowland and montane broadleaf and mixed forests, this is the Oriental Honey Buzzard. It is a raider of wasp and bee nests, although it prefers bee and wasp larvae over their honey. Saw the same bird outside my window which was resting momentarily on the tree. Managed to take some close up shots before it flew away.
