My quiet classroom erupted after the first student spotted the wild looking clouds out our window. I let slide the "no phone" policy so they could all take photos of their own! The juxtaposition of the waves and the Colorado mountains was amazing - and the irony that I just returned from a week of surfing in Costa Rica was not lost! I took it as a sign to go back :)
