This is minutes after the sunset. The day was cold and cover with clouds, but during the afternoon the sky cleared out and these clouds formation painted the sky. You can see the mountain range that separates Caracas fron the Caribbean sea, its facing north. That half maoutain in the photo is called "La Silla de Caracas" or Caracas Chair. Its like 3,000 meters high from the sea level.
