I organized an event for our Astrophotography Meetup group to capture C/2022 E3 (ZTF) for January 28, 2023, at Amboy Crater National Natural Landmark (Bortle 2). We had an excellent turnout with a nice variety of gear and experience levels. While the 55% Waxing Gibbous moon was not ideal, the comet was above the horizon all night to allow us to spend hours capturing it. I took 100 x 2 min light frames through 3.5+ hours, of which I used 78 for a total integration time of 2 hours 36 minutes. This was my third attempt at imaging a comet, with my first two being C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) and C/2021 A1 (Leonard). The result of this third attempt is much improved now that I have the proper gear and software, over two years of experience in capturing deep sky objects, and almost two years editing in PixInsight.
