When we look up at the sun, it is difficult for us to judge the change of the sun's disk during the day. Because it does not have a clear lunar surface to identify the direction like the moon. Sunspots have been very active recently, and it was rare for Taipei to be clear all day on January 19. So I recorded the sun every about 2 hours from the morning. The pictures show the time when the sun was taken and the azimuth and altitude angles at that time. I lined up 5 sun images roughly by their position in the sky. And connect the big sunspot numbered AR3190 and AR3184 together as a reference line. This makes it easy to see how the sun's disk changes with its position in the sky throughout the day! It looks like the wheels are turning!
