This female Snowy Owl ended up in a neighborhood in Cypress, CA. No one knows how and why it ended up here although there is much speculation on this. The bird has been here for weeks and moves to a different rooftop almost every day but stays in the same few blocks. There are throngs of people gathering daily to observe and shoot photos of the bird. She has made local and national news.
