The almost full waxing gibbous moon seems high up when I first saw it. I knew I wanted to take the image at a scenic park right along the highway which is less than 3 minutes drive from our house. I'm happy to take the photo especially upon seeing the clouds covering the moon soon after, also knowing that the forecast here for tomorrow and the next few days is cloudy and rainy.
