Color Blue-green on the Moon?

When the Moon (or the Sun) is near horizon (during a moonrise/sunrise or moonset/sunset), the Earth’s atmosphere acts like a prism separating light into its different components. Dispersion causes the effect where the rising Moon has a blue-green or green fringe at the top.
