A lunar eclipse is a phenomenon when the moon enters the shadow of the earth. The dark area of the moon that everyone sees during a lunar eclipse is the shadow of the moon entering the earth. At this time, if you increase the exposure, you will see dark areas appear dark red. This is because when sunlight passes through the atmosphere around the earth, part of the red light is refracted by the atmosphere to the lunar surface. And there will be a blue band between the bright and dark areas of the moon! Therefore, if the photos during the lunar eclipse are properly rearranged, the shadow of the earth in the sky can be seen.
I chose the photo of the eclipse and the two photos of about 55% of the magnitude of eclipse before and after the total eclipse, and rearranged to get a big shadow of the earth! Looking at it, it's really amazing! Interested people can also estimate the distance between the moon and the earth at this time according to the size of the moon, the earth and the shadow of the earth!
