This was one of my last images shortly after totality, and about five minutes before the moon dropped behind the trees and then dropped below the horizon.
Canon EOS 90D at f/4, 0.6 second exposure, ISO 800, 200mm focal length, with Canon EF 70-200mm IS II lens.
