A pair of yellow-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus goiavier), or eastern yellow-vented bulbul, a member of the bulbul family of passerine birds was seen resting momentarily on a branch inside the tree. It is a resident breeder in southeastern Asia from Indochina to the Philippines. As they were still stationary a while, it allowed me to take some quick pictures, they flew off within minutes after I had captured them on camera.
