Good morning, I would like to know the proper atmospheric name for this phenomenon.
I see this "opposite shine" mainly after sunset. It only happens on occassion. I'd also like to know conditions which produce opposite shine. This photo was captured before sunrise at our Teton Valley Idaho Balloon Rally this year.
