I snapped this pic of a very low cloud with a little bit of rain coming out of it yesterday evening. This photo is almost identical to Brenda Bradley from Pennsylvania’s photo. The two pictures were taken on the same day, hers in Pennsylvania and mine in Northwestern Ontario.
