Antares Spectrum.
The light from the Star Antares is split using a diffraction grating filter. Antares is a red supergiant star, approx 550 light years from our Sun, and is nearing the end of its lifespan.
I chose this star as my first image with this method as it is my favorite - a ruby red jewel in the Constellation of Scorpius.

The Star & thinner spectrum is as captured, and underneath I stretched out the spectrum vertically and added it in so you can see it a bit easier.
