I attempted to capture the rising moon (99.7% illuminated) during a limited window of opportunity of sufficiant light for some forground interest (local sunset occured 9 minutes beforehand at 19h02 SAST). I waited for the moon to align above the port beacon at the harbour entrance and released the shutter.
