I visited the park repeatedly to capture the two Eastern Screech Owls (mating couple) at the same time. I was very happy to find them, the first in a tree facing away from the sun, and the second in a tree facing the sun. As I was photographing one of them, a Red-bellied Woodpecker harrased it and it disappeared into the tree. Smaller birds are known to harrass and mob the owls. This was a fortunate find.
