A picturesque view during sunset at Lohajung, Uttarakhand, India. Lohajung is a small village located in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand state. It is beautiful village surrounded by mountain range from where you can have a stunning view of Trishul mountain of Nandadevi mountain range of Himalaya. Lohajung village is famous because of various trekking expedition which starts from this village and hence this is the base camp. I was on an expedition to a place called Ali Bedni Bugyal and this are the kind of views one can expect to see in the Roopkund trail. This will be my first submission to EarthSky and it is amazing to nature's wonder through photography here.
