I live in Midcoast Maine - we don’t have many opportunities to view the Aurora Borealis here. I had been following articles on the recent coronal mass injection and knew we were getting a G2 storm watch for October 11th. My area had a potential KP-6 Index. I ventured out at 11 pm and immediately saw a very faint whitish shimmering to the north - my camera picked up the color. And the meteor (top right) was a bonus!
