The 4 images are part of a series of 48 images taken that same night.
Each image is the result of stacking 40% of 3097 frames.

Each of the 48 videos of 30 and in some cases 60 seconds, had an average capture of 104 frames per second.

On August 18 there was a curious transit of the moon Europa in front of Jupiter, while Io and Ganymede hid behind the gas giant.
Shortly before concealment, Io took a bite out of Ganymede. A short time later, the shadow of Jupiter began to hide both moons, while Europa, from the other end, began to transit in front of Jupiter.
It was fortuitous to discover, after processing, that we had captured in a series of images, an eclipse between moons.
With 35 images, me and my brother Hugo, with whom we always do astrophotography, we have created a video uploaded to YouTube.
