This planetary nebula is the Cat's Eye Nebula (also known as NGC 6543) and is located in the constellation of Draco about 5300 light-years away. It has a magnitude of about 8 and is very small in most telescopes fields of views but maintains a high brightness almost appearing like a star. Due to smoke in my skies it was hard to image making it dimmer.
Celestron Edge HD 8'' telescope with the Orion Atlas II mount, using my Canon DSLR Camera with a T adapter. Dew Shield on Scope to protect from dew.
Stacked 100, 1 min subs in DSS, and processed in Photoshop.
