We were on a long car journey, approx 500km as we were driving from London to St Ives. We stopped in Yeovil for dinner and a play (with 5yo & 6yo). When leaving Yeovil to continue the journey home we spotted the “rainbow patch”, the “sun dog”. A first for all 4 of us we were surprised to see it and curious how it came to be a “rainbow cloud”. With young girls in the car, there were many magical stories prompted.
