Spent several hours on a very chilly evening with my Tas Astronomy Society friends at Mt Pleasant Observatory Tasmania watching the eclipse and gazing at the fantastically clear night sky.
We had some early cloud, which made for some nice effects for some of my images. Thankfully the sky cleared for the main event and we were fortunate to finish the night the off before the rain set in.
