A faint portion of the Milky Way over Devils Lake, with the Scutum Star Cloud (light cloud immediately east or left of the tree) and the Great Rift (dark part left and over the Scutum Star Cloud) are visible. While taking this photo, I saw startling 2 blue lights, then another blue pair of lights, which turned out to be a couple of deer munching on grass, keeping me company.
