Venus looking great this morning.
Our neighbor planet is very low each morning and will disappear from view in the coming days. It will reappear as an "evening star" on May.
Viewed from a 500mm lens (cropped).
Although Venus is a bright planet, it is now very hard to spot with the naked eye. Using modest binoculars or a telephoto lens can help, but not guaranteed since it disappears very fast after appearing from the horizon.
Nikon D800E and Sigma 150-500 at 500mm.
Remote shutter release.
