Cold, clear and dark which was good for imaging but harder on me, the aging camera guy with reading glasses, arthritis and flashlights...LOL!. Wanted some left foreground interest, turned off autofocus, focused at infinity and checked it more than once, used a tripod, wanted a wide angle environmental view and this was the result. Might should have tried my faster 50mm 1.8 and will, given clear weather, this coming Monday the 21st.

Canon 5D MKII, Canon 70-200 F4L, Bogen 3021Tripod, 3d head, manual focus, self timer.

Adding a bit of contrast and brightened the highlights a bit but didn't need much.
