During the King Tides the spouting horn in downtown Depoe Bay shoots up a dramatic towering spray. In this shot, the taller spray assumes the shape of a heart. The powerful ocean waves crash through small cracks in the rocky shores shooting straight up into the air-a phenomenon called the spouting horn.
