My first try with astrophotography. Camped out for a couple of nights in the mountains of Nagano. This is the Orion constellation and can clearly make out Betelgeuse, the big yellow star and can also see the Orion Nebula in Orion's sword. Sirius is waiting impatiently on the horizon.
