My photo was taken looking straight up overhead at the rainbow.
My phone camera doesn't do the brilliant colors justice, no does it capture the full circle I was seeing!
Only the West side of the rainbow had full spectrum. The sun was down at the bottom of this photo, North upper right corner. There had been no rain that day and temperature 60's. To the left just out of this picture there was another light spectrum, that I refer to as a "waterdog" (frozen ice crystals in upper atmosphere) that is typically seen around this time of year.
I'm curious your take on the full circle overhead rainbow. I've never saw one before from the ground. Usually they are viewed from an airplane looking down. Thank you
