Happy Halloween. Well, almost. With cloudy skies in the forecast for Halloween in Seoul, I headed out the night before, about 4 hours before midnight on October 31, to try to catch the almost full Halloween moon. Little did I know, but I was in for much more than that: an owl (Northern Boobook) haloed by the nearly full moon—in the same frame with Mars. A once in a lifetime sight, and one you will never forget.
