Waning Crescent Moon above flowering Tabebuia Tree.
On Friday morning captured the Waning Crescent Moon in clear blue sky above a Tabebuia (Golden Trumpet) tree three quarters of an hour after sunrise. In the accompanying image the rising Sun is illuminating the Tabebuia inflorescence in the same way as it does the Moon!
