This photo was taken from the cockpit of a 787 flying at 41,000 feet from my iPhone 8 on July 10th over the north Atlantic. Approximate position N4600.0 W05000.0. Prior to the flight I had read my EarthSky newsletter and was able to find Venus (on the right) Capella (middle top) and NEOWISE (barely visible to the left of center-above the noctilucent clouds) Thank you EarthSky! You made this incredible sight possible-I and my crew will never forget!
