While everyone else who was out on the Hetch Hectchy trail was focusing on the Neowise Comet, there was this beautiful crescent moon which was setting. After several failed attempts of trying to get a clear shot of the comet, I decided to focus on what was in front of me. This picture was taken with a Nikon D500 @ ISO 250/f/6.3/300mm with croping factor 1.5 (Nikon) + 1.3 (camera setting) giving the equivalent of 585mm.

As the original picture was shot in RAW(NEF) format, I performed a screen capture with SnagIt and saved as Jpeg to satisfy the site's picture format requirement. There is no other post processing done to this photograph.
