Comet was an easy naked-eye object. Waited for full darkness to get a few shots that would reveal some of the subtler details of the tail. Taken in a rural setting just west of Brownsville, Minn.

Nikon 610 with 70-200 Nikkor 2.3 lens, shot at f. 3.5 at 200mm approx. 5 seconds, simple tripod, not guided.
