From the top of Max Patch in North Carolina on the morning of July 14th, Comet Neowise became visible toward the northeast above a nearby mountain summit near 5am for about 30 minutes until it faded into dawns light. A 30% illuminated moon lit the eastern south sky with Venus and Pleaides shining while early sunlight beautifully framed the passing comet.

A 6 image panoramic, showing Comet Neowise, as well as Venus and Pleaides in the moonlight Eastern sky. Shot with Canon 80D, 17-50 lens @ 28mm, f/2.8, 10sec exposures

Stitched and edited with Affinity Photo, adjustments with contrast, brightness, and noise reduction
