A creeper on the ground , possibly from a diascorea species kind of plant. Creepers can be nuisance sometimes but I find them beautiful especially in photos like this. Usually they are left alone if they do not cause any annoyance to anyone. Like flowers, creepers can sometimes look beautiful as it is.
