This is definitely not a coconut plantation and the trees does not belong to any resident. They are planted alongside public housing flats for aesthetic reasons. Plucking of the fruits by the general public is an offence as the trees does not belong to the population. But when you look at the fruits in full bloom, you may be tempted to 'steal' them.
Nevertheless, they certainly add beauty to the colourfully painted block of flats.
