I recall this “Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky” A line from Sand and Foam by the poet Kahlil Gibran published in 1926 when I went for a stroll on this day in the evening. We dont have to travel to other parts of the world to see what is offered to us here locally. These are the kind of scene we are blessed with especially with the current pandemic where travelling to other countries is no longer an option at this moment. It just gives me a sense of calm and peace to look at them.
