It was a beautifully clear night (early AM), and a thrill to see Jupiter and 4 of its moons (From the left: Ganymede, Jupiter. Io and Europa. Further away: Callisto). This was taken at full 43X telephoto (1000mm equivalent), but I had to do a very tight crop and turn-up the brightness; that allowed us to see more of those tiny specks of light.
Nikon Coolpix P510 - 1000mm equiv. lens at full telephoto. Tripod.
Tight crop and edited brightness to reveal the many tiny lights.
