Joshua Tree National Park - Milky Way galactic center along with rising moon. Taken near Porcupine Wash; my first attempt at astrophography.
Nikon D750 with Tamron SP 24-70mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2, Manfrotto 290xtra tripod with 496RC2 ball head.
This is a composite of two images - the first focusing on the Milky Way galactic center - f/2.8, 13 sec, 24mm, ISO 6400. The second focusing on the yucca immediately in front - f/8, 13 sec, 24mm, ISO 6400. Post-processing was done initially in Luminar 4, with blending and a touch of other processing done in PaintShop Pro 2020.
