The Beehive Cluster in Cancer lies along the Ecliptic, so it receives a visit by the Moon each month. This time around the First Quarter Moon is passing 2° North of the Beehive.
Only the brighter members of this fine open cluster can be seen thru the Lunar glare, but you can compare the size of the cluster to the Moon's disc.
