This was my first "planned" night photo shoot (I'm new to photography). Captured the Milky Way over Piseco Lake in the Adirondacks. Had a lot of fun, and I didn't get eaten by bear. Thanks to my husband for going with me.
Nikon D7500, 10-20mm DX lens (shot at 10mm). Benro tripod and remote shutter release. f 4.5, 20 secs, ISO 1600, aperture priority +0.7 exposure compensation, white balance set at 3400.
Post processed in Lightroom for noise and exposure. A few lights on shore removed in Photoshop.
