The Florida mountains south of Deming New Mexico can have fantastic blooms of poppies and flowers covering whole mountain sides when conditions are right. This year was once such bloom. The bright light on the horizon is from the city of Las Cruces, only 60 miles away. This was a single 16 minute exposure and you can see the movement of the flowers in the breeze.
