The tail end of Astronomical twilight. 10 minutes from now the MilkyWay will magically disappear.
The most difficult aspect of a shot like this is not composition or exposure. It's white balance! The Philippines has not yet embraced the concept of light pollution. I hate sodium vapor street lamps! But I reckon we have much more to be concerned about now!
